1.  A questionnaire is e-mailed outlining the basic information needed to prepare your tax return.

2.  Complete the questionnaire and e-mail, fax or mail it back to us along with any supporting documentation requested.

3.  The return is prepared in draft form and sent to you for review before filing.

4.  Before sending, the draft is checked and re-checked by our computer software for potential problems or errors.

5.  Upon completion, the return is filed electronically or in paper form, depending on which is appropriate.
